What we collect, and where from

Business contact addresses. We read the contact email a store publishes on its own policy or contact pages. We prefer role addresses such as info@ or hello@ over named individuals, and we do not buy lists or scrape personal inboxes.

Product imagery. We read product photographs a store has published openly on its storefront, along with product titles, types and prices.

Engagement. Whether a private preview link was opened, and which buttons were pressed on it. We do not use tracking pixels in email.

What we do not collect

Nothing about your shoppers. There is no storefront script, no cookie dropped on your customers, and no biometric or likeness data of any kind. Every model we generate is synthetic; no real person is depicted.

Why we are allowed to email you

We contact businesses about a service relevant to their trade, at addresses those businesses publish for that purpose. In the UK and EU we rely on legitimate interest for B2B contact. We do not send to Germany, Austria, Switzerland or Canada, whose rules require prior consent or an existing relationship.

Every email carries a working one-click unsubscribe and a physical postal address. Opting out is honoured immediately and permanently, for your address and your whole domain.

How long we keep things

Preview links and the images behind them expire after thirty days and the files are deleted. Suppression records are kept indefinitely, because that is the only way to guarantee we never contact you again.

Getting your data removed

Every preview page has a button that deletes the images and suppresses your domain in one click. You can also email rakesh@onmodel.studio and it will be done by hand the same day.
